Its eating, water intake, toilet routine and general behavior are monitored daily throughout the stay. If there is a noticeable change in its appetite, weight, toilet habits or behavior, the situation is assessed; when necessary, the process is managed together with the family and our veterinarian.
If it takes regular medication or supplements, they are administered and monitored in line with the specified schedule.
The changing needs of cats staying long-term are also taken into account; weight is monitored regularly and, when necessary, vaccinations are given on time.
Of course, alongside all this routine, we never forget what our cats need most during their stay: love, attention and care.
Your cat's boarding during the required waiting period, the organization of veterinary procedures, the rabies antibody titer test, and official paperwork and procedures with the authorities: all preparations for leaving the country are managed as a whole.
For newly adopted cats with an unknown health history, the necessary veterinary check-ups, microchip, passport, vaccinations and parasite treatments are planned together with our contracted veterinarian, and boarding is provided for as long as the process requires.
When a new cat joins a household, or when cats living in the same home have difficulty getting along, an adjustment process is carried out in which the cats are introduced to each other in a controlled, step-by-step way.
A pet taxi / pet service is provided to bring your cat to Hepsi Patime Cat's Hotel or to take it home after the stay.
At the family's request, vaccinations that are due and other necessary veterinary procedures are carried out by our contracted veterinarian; the process is organized by Hepsi Patime Cat's Hotel.
The neutering operation is performed by our contracted veterinarian. After the operation, your cat stays at Hepsi Patime Cat's Hotel for as long as it needs, and its daily care continues.
If the stay is extended or your cat's current food runs out, the food it is used to is supplied.
